Ms. Jordan practices in the areas of securities, futures, commodities, litigation/arbitration,
regulatory, corporate, commercial, international, and transactional law, and has practiced
before state courts. In addition, her practice includes disciplinary matters before the
securities and self-regulatory organizations and the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), and the Commodity
Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
She graduated from New York University Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in English and American
Literature and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where she was an editor on the
Journal of Law and Policy. While in law school, Ms. Jordan participated in the Federal Litigation
Clinic representing clients before the federal courts in New York.
Ms. Jordan’s prior legal experience includes work in a commercial litigation firm specializing
in insurance fraud litigation and arbitration, as well as work in a large firm on a complex
products liability defense matter. |
